CENTRAL FLORIDA CRITTER OF THE DAY: Great Southern White Butterfly (Ascia monuste)

Easily identified by the Turquoise antennal clubs. Larval host in my yard is Virginia Pepperweed (Lepidium virginicum).

Adults take nectar. Shown on Florida Native Plant Bidens alba
